Com16, and we are now seeking to expand our team by recruiting qualified sole cleaning operators who are limited liability companies. We are looking for individuals with a background in cleaning services, who can take on cleaning contracts as well as specialised cleaning tasks.

General Cleaning: ● Vacuuming carpets, curtains, and upholstered furniture ● Cleaning, dusting, and polishing furniture, fixtures, and fittings ● Removing rubbish and recyclable material, and emptying containers, bins and trays ● Glass cleaning ● Cleaning and disinfecting bathroom fixtures, replenishing supplies, and reporting defective plumbing fixtures ● Operating industrial vacuum cleaners ● Removing dust and dirt from ceilings, walls, overhead pipes, and fixtures

Specialised Cleaning:

● Post- construction cleaning

● Cut and polishing vinyl floors

● Machine scrubbing

● Carpet and upholstery cleaning

● High glass cleaning

● High dusting

The successful candidates will be able to demonstrate the following skills and attributes: ● Be a good team player ● Be physically fit

● Be able to communicate in English ● Have good time management skills

● To ensure that a 100% result is provided

● To ensure customer satisfaction ● Excellent customer service skills ● Should have their own transport ● Should be available on weekends and public holidays ● The role may require shift work and could be on any day of the week ● Jobs are based in Auckland ● Should have a valid work visa if required ● Holds a clean police record

● Comply with customer site rules, policies, and procedures

● Comply with occupational health and safety regulations

● Carry out work tasks and responsibilities as per work and management processes
