Service Details: The offer includes a special reduced price for a minimum of 3 hours of Post-Construction Cleaning services, plus applicable travel fees. After the initial 3-hour period, any additional hours will be billed at a reduced hourly rate, which is lower than our standard pricing.

Eligibility: This offer is available for new and existing clients who book Post-Construction Cleaning services before the end of December 2024.

Booking and Availability: Bookings are subject to availability, and we recommend scheduling in advance to secure your preferred date and time.

Travel Charges: Travel charges will be applied based on the location of the service and will be included in the final invoice.

Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon. All payments are to be made in accordance with IPM Maintenance’s standard payment policies.

Acceptance of Terms: By booking a Post-Construction Clean service under this offer, clients agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Terms and Conditions for Credit Offer:
• Eligibility: The $80 credit offer is available to customers who spend a minimum of $1000.00 (excluding taxes) on a single job with IPM Maintenance.
• Credit Application: For every $1000 spent, customers will receive an $80 credit applicable toward their next job. This credit can only be applied to future services booked
with IPM Maintenance.
• Non-Transferable: The credit is non-transferable and can only be redeemed by the original customer who earned it.
• Credit Expiration: The $80 credit must be used within 12 months from the date it is issued. Any unused credit will expire after this period.
• No Cash Value: The credit holds no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or applied to existing balances or outstanding invoices.
• Job Requirements: Credits can only be applied to new jobs with a minimum spend of $500. Credits may not be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers.
• Modifications: IPM Maintenance reserves the right to modify or terminate the credit offer at any time without prior notice.
• Exclusions: The credit cannot be used toward the purchase of materials or subcontractor services.
