Our commercial cleaning & maintenance business has been established since 2016, and we are now seeking to expand our team by recruiting owner-operated cleaning contractors who are limited liability companies. If you're a cleaning entrepreneur who takes pride in doing the work, yourself, and values client satisfaction. We are looking for individuals with a background in cleaning services, who can take on cleaning contracts as well as specialised cleaning tasks. Let's raise the bar for cleaning services together.

 

General Cleaning:

  • Vacuuming carpets, curtains, and upholstered furniture

  • Cleaning, dusting, and polishing furniture, fixtures, and fittings

  • Removing rubbish and recyclable material, and emptying containers, bins, and trays

  • Glass cleaning

  • Cleaning and disinfecting bathroom fixtures, replenishing supplies, and reporting defective plumbing fixtures

  • Operating industrial vacuum cleaners

  • Removing dust and dirt from ceilings, walls, overhead pipes, and fixtures

 

Specialised Cleaning:

  • Post-construction cleaning

  • Cut and polishing vinyl floors

  • Machine scrubbing

  • Carpet and upholstery cleaning

  • High glass cleaning

  • High dusting

 

The successful candidates will be able to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:

  • Be a good team player

  • Be physically fit

  • Be able to communicate in English

  • Have good time management skills

  • To ensure that a 100% result is provided

  • To ensure customer satisfaction

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Should have their own transport

  • Should be available on weekends and public holidays

  • The role may require shift work and could be on any day of the week

  • Jobs are based in Auckland

  • Should have a valid work visa if required

  • Holds a clean police record

  • Comply with customer site rules, policies, and procedures

  • Comply with occupational health and safety regulations

  • Carry out work tasks and responsibilities as per work and management processes

  • Must supply own equipment and cleaning products
